Personal Injury & Premises Liability
Our trial lawyers represent plaintiffs and defendants in cases that arise from serious injury or wrongful death. This includes the defense of businesses and insurance companies in lawsuits claiming the owners of premises are responsible for personal injury.
We are the law firm that plaintiffs and defendants turn to when looking for formidable trial counsel accustomed to winning high stakes cases. Our extensive experience in complex litigation, including class actions, makes us suited to the complexity inherent in trying claims of injury and/or wrongful death caused by defective products (products liability). Mark Ellis, the firm's managing partner, is ranked by Super Lawyers as one of California's top litigators of class action and mass torts.
