Representative Trials & Settlements

• Carmical v. Nationwide—Represented personal injury plaintiff who was awarded more than $650,000 after a U.M. (uninsured) arbitration.

• Kindice v. Corabel Lane Village Green Apartments et al —Represented defendant in wrongful death lawsuit in which plaintiff sought damages in excess of $5,000,000.  Case settled prior to trial with client paying $1,500,000.

• Denny v. Latham—Defended client against wrongful death claim in three-week jury trial that ended with verdict in favor of our client.

• Pryor v. Fanny Ann’s Saloon—Represented defendant in premised liability lawsuit in which plaintiff sought damages in excess of $100,000. Case dismissed prior to trial with client paying no monetary damages.
