Mr. Iglesias is an associate attorney at Ellis Law Group, LLP. His practice areas include business litigation, employment law, civil rights law, professional liability, and the defense of consumer actions arising under the FDCPA, TCPA, and California’s Rosenthal Act.

.Professional History

Mr. Iglesias also has experience working in a fiduciary capacity related to probate duties including that of estate administrator, trustee, conservator, agent of health and power of attorney.

Mr. Iglesias has also served on an Internal Review Board for UC Davis Behavioral and Social Sciences, protecting human patients research subjects by ensuring the sufficiency of informed consent, in compliance with the law, the University, and most importantly the fundamental ethical principles of human subjects research.  

Education

Mr. Iglesias received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication magna cum laude from California State University, Humboldt. He earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. He graduated with a certification in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Personal

Mr. Iglesias enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, and is a novice but learning gardener.
